I'm a Blazer guy, but since no Suburban guys have chimed in let me try to answer this one.
The later Suburban third seat you are refering to is the same as the '73-'77 Blazer second seat. It has four formed sheet metal legs that sit on the floor. The '78-up Blazer got the fold and tumble rear seat (the Suburban got this fold and tumble at about the same time).
Likewise, the '67-'72 Suburban third seat is the same as the '69-'72 Blazer second seat.
The '73-'77 Blazer second seat does NOT share any common bolt holes with the '69-'72 Blazer second seat. So the short answer to your question is "no".
