Thanks for the info on the Chevelle headers, I did not know they fit the trucks. I heard the stainless has some problems with expansion. I was wanting headers that would last so I don't have to mess with them again. How do you like the Sandersons you have? Are you using any kind of wrap on your plug wires for the heat? Does the ceramic coating hold up well to rust? I think Sanderson was making some cast type headers too, but I have not been to their sight in a long time.
I will contact borla about the chevelle headers and see if they will go on my truck. The thing I like about borla headers is that they have 1/2" flanges.

I wonder what other brand headers people on the sigfht are using and how well they are holding up.
