I hope you have the front clip off or you will have a very difficult time getting the whole setup out at once. It takes a little wrestling to get the whole setup off even with the front clip removed. Here is a pic showing how my 307/3 speed/Rockwell transfer case came out of mine. Not really a good balance point given the lenght of the whole setup.
