Sounds like your high speed fan relay isn't working. It's located on the ac housing below and behind the glove box. Put the fan switch on high and take a screwdriver handle and tap on the relay. If it runs, then the contacts on the relay are burned and you'll need to replace it. These are available at most auto parts stores. Hope this helps.
