You can buy the hub and rotor assemblies from GM to switch over. p/n 15635530 . They come complete with races installled all you need to buy is bearings. Then sell yours to recover some of the cost. GM wants like $230 a piece for them. I have an account with them and get them for $150.00. If interested I could order some an ship them to you. It would save some money. Shipping on them is around $50 to just about anywhere(have done this for about 15 people)
On the drive shaft, what tranny and tcase set up do you have? can you measure the length from mounting surface on t-case output to the yoke on the front end. I have got several shafts, just need to know your length.
