No, the body is different. If you want your rockers close to the ground on a 73-87 truck you will need to do a crossmember drop, body drop, or Z the frame....
Here is a pic of my 82 Blazer when the fender liners were out. As you can see the A-arm pivot point is the lowest point on the crossmember. Even though it's on the ground, the fenders still have 4-5" to go....
