I am pretty sure Oreillys carries SEM brand trim paint. They should be able to get you the correct primer and dye for the plastic. Just make sure the surface is clean. I usually clean it with wax and grease remover first, then use lacquer thinner and a scotchbrite pad. Go back over it with the wax and grease remover to get off what you might have scared up with the lacquer thinner, prime, and paint.
