My truck gets 20w50 Valvoline MaxLife these days.
I'd run 10w30, but it's Arizona and that thing has enough trouble keeping its oil in without adding hot 10w30 into the equation. =P
FWIW, the Camaro gets 20w50 Mobil1 synthetic - but that's because it's a rather common problem for LT1s to not build enough oil pressure with 10w30 synthetic. The Suburban has plenty of pressure with Mobil1 10w30 synth, though.
Whenever I put a new motor in it, I'll switch over to 10w30 synthetic...
