Yep, just like Johns70 said, you need to use it with a buffing wheel. I used a 6" buffing wheel on my bench grinder with white jewelers rouge. Just turned on the bench grinder, applied the rouge to the wheel while spinning, and did some polishing on this Holley carb during a rebuild. Inexpensive way to get a shiny carb!
