I'm no pro but I painted my Blazer with basecoat/clearcoat. It's alot of surface to cover but not too hard. I asked for the P Sheet that comes with the paint and followed the directions. I used a 3M disposable resporator, good for 1 month after seal is broken. Cold = runs, I know!. I used a solid color so I could sand any mistakes. My Longhorn is hand painted with Rustoleum and took a couple of months to dry and dosen't look as pretty as my Blazer.
