In the end, the price came down to 'reasonable' for a daily driver.
Have you seen the torsion boxes up close? Windshield frame?
If you were to take it to a body shop, I bet you'd get better than 2K tied up in rust repair easily. That's before paint.
Great start though, looks complete enough to be a nice truck.
