I worked at a repair shop and a buddy of mine works at a repair facility.... If you don't fix it right the first time you catch heat from the boss, customer and everyone down the line. He apparently thinks that everyone is out to get him (typical liberal attitude) I can vouch that if the mechanic is ASE certified and has done this any amount of times he would be out of a job in no time flat and a shop that is ASE certified that would do this time and time again would loose their certification...
And I am ASE certified in 4 areas only 4 more to go to be a master technician
