HERE IS THE PROBLEM!!
It seems like in the old days, dealerships cared about REPEAT BUSINESS!!
NO LONGER!! THOSE DAYS ARE OVER!!!
They sadly only care about one sale. They think we can't remember how the service was, and we will still buy from them at the next purchase time.
THET ARE SADLY MISTAKING!!
I guess there are so many people lined up to buy VW,s that they don't care about your repeat business.
I have an idea.
See how long this thread gets. Then e-mail the thread to a Corporate VW person. Be sure to mention the dealership you delt with, and the Service Manager by name!
There is a saying. Somthing like, a dissatisfied customer will tell MANY MANY people about a bad experience, but a satisfied customer will only tell a few people.
Sooo.... You would think a dealership wouldn't want to piss poeple off!!
