XXL how do you plan on removing the plates. I use a bolt in C-notch, and with the factory support in that area its around 1/2" that could be used to go lower/take 1/2" out of your blocks, get the right psi you want, etc.... Boxing the frame along that area is obvious help but what else do you plan?
