real easy...your knobs are not to hard. The headlight knob should be a twist off (counter clockwise I believe) . The EASIEST way to get your instrument cluster out would be to drop the steering wheel. You'll see two bolts holding an band around te steering wheel at the bottom. Just looesn (don't take out) the bolts until the Steering shaft drops about and inch or so. You'll have to disconnect the odometer connection and the oil pressure line as well. You should be able to get it out.
