Paintless dent repair guy could probably pop it out without drilling holes for under $150. Saves you the work and hassle - it can be done if the creasing is minimal.. Afterwards, sand it down (especially the rusty spots) and use a good rust encapsulator on it till you get the rest of the body ready for paint.

Paintless dent repair guys can usually be found through Dent Doctor ( www.dentdoctor.com ) and I'm pretty sure they will give free appraisals.
