The thermostat and coolant are good, it's a 195degree. Might try the switching the hoses around. What about putting on a coolant flow control valve? Saw put it on the outlet side and slow down the flow. Mabe this would keep hot coolant in the heater, allowing more heat to transfer out.


Im statring to think that this is just the way the heaters on our trucks are. They just don't get the cab of the truck hot.
