It can be several things. Too much or too little air pressure in the tires will makem dance. Bad steering stablizers. Worn out gear box, cracked frame, loose gearbox or it could be like mine and the cross member rivots have worn enough that the front end flexes when u steer. I laid under mine and watched as someone turned the wheel back and forth. The whole frame would shift from side to side and the tires wouldnt move. Pretty scary, eh. I have alway had 4 inch lifts and never used a dropped arm. I use a 4" raised steering arm.
