Sounds like Gee Emm has the best solution. If you have a roll bar, you might be able to attach some retractor belts to it. I've got some 3pt belts out of an explorer I was going to mount to the roll bar in my '69, but then lazyness set in so they are still in the garage.

One of the board members made a slick set up for 3pt seat belts on his roll bar. Anyone remember who that was? I believe his blazer was bright yellow.
