Im pretty sure you are talking about a THM-375. Basically a th350 in a th400 case. There is a tag on it and that if it can be decoded will be able to better identify it.

Cant find any pictures of the tailshaft. But it usually has THM-375 on the bottom of the tailshaft where the transmission mount goes.

Edit: The THM-375 has a small shaft and same spline count as a th350. Technically is a th400 or a mildly beefed up version of a th350 its really a mix between the two.
