Cab & chassis: ~63" wide
Dually pickup: ~74" wide
Single-wheel: 67" wide
Both the axles have a 10.5" ring gear and 1.5" shafts. There are some differences but largely don't matter unless you're into lockers, really deep gearing, or are hauling extremely heavy loads.
