It looks like a nice resto, but not the quality I would expect from a factory rebuild. There are quite a few scratches on the undercarrage and some pitting on the center ac vent and AM/FM Radio. My guess is it is being sold by a dealer or broker and he is embellishing the story and the quality a little.
