My passenger side door closes pefectly, give it a gentle push and it completley closes. The drivers side door never completely latchs 90% of the time, you have to slam it, sometimes it doesn't latch when you slam it.

The door seems to be adjusted properly and I suspect that the latch is screwed up. Can this be the case, do they go bad?
