Take the gauges out of the indicator ones and sell the gauges separate. I used to do that. People buy them as replacements for their bad ones. I found the paint that exactly matches the origianl color for the needles and would repaint the needles and clean them up. Nice speedos would go for $15-20, and nice fuel gauges would go for $20. I was able to test the fuel gauges though, so that helped.
