Thanks everyone for there input. I messed with both the striker and the hinges today and it fixed it a bit. The bottom still sticks in but not as bad and is like a hair off from being straight with the bed panel. The top section of the door is dead on.
Are you allowed to shim the bottom part of the fender there it bolts too the lower door pillar section?
