Here's a good thread on installing relays to power headlights with full battery voltage.

Any auto/4x4 accessory shop can probably order in Hella, Cebie, or other quality headlights. Among affordable headlights, I prefer Hella H4 European lens headlights. Not DOT legal, but a great lens, IMO.

I would avoid LMC both for the prices and the fact that better stuff is available with knowledgeable customer service, like thru Rick's Pickup Parts. The LMC tele-sales people don't know anything that their computers don't tell them.
