i think those are the euro lights that 4X4 poet is talking about. they have a second light (my friends always called them city lights) that you could make a turn signal, but i dont think it would work if your head lights are on

they have the smaller size for the GMCs as well. but you would need to get a set of H4s and a set of H1s
