the newer lug wheels will work but the offset is funny on them. they wont sit nicely with the fenders. and you will have to have a machine shop bore out the hub hole. cost of disc brake kits depend on what your buy. if it is just spindles, calipers, rotors, master cylinder, prop valve it will be cheaper that if you buy dropped spindles and tierods ball joints and stuff like that. this link will give you an idea of what your going t spend
