I didn't think about model cement. I don't have the peice that is gone but I was thinking about getting a broken grill from a yard and cutting out the peice I needed. I was thinking about trying fiberglass from behind the grill then fill in the front. I wouldn't use fiberglass, use Duramix 40/60, it's for plastic repair, will work better than fiberglass. Most autoparts stores sell some kind of plastic repair material, it usually comes in two parts, material and catalyst. When you mix it, don't play around with it, just mix it a little and apply it.
