There is a product called Bars Leak that has worked for me to stop leaks in the radiators. There are others also but that is the one that comes to mind.
If the radiator is corroded then a new one is in order. Being inside the outer row of cores makes me wonder what caused the hole. It is possible to pull that tube and solder the openings in the top and bottom tanks. You lose one tube and maybe the one on the outside of it but with a four core that won't affect cooling capacity.
Find out what caused the leak and go from there.
