Scoti, go check all your GFI outlets. You know the ones with the little red buttons in the middle of them. Even if they look alright click the button off and on anyway. In my old house I had one that was "kicked" and my spare bathroom. We never used the bathroom, and it looked just fine so I never suspected it as being a problem. I had outlets scattered all over the house that would not work because that one GFI breaker was kicked out, but didn't appear to be.
After a few months of thinking I was going to have to call in an electrician I reset it and suddenly all the outlets worked....
