Longhorn...I am not sure how to answer this. I bought my truck with a 350/350 combo already in it and the driveshaft was laying in the cab cuz they towed it with a dolly. I was assuming that was the stock drive shaft for that truck, but I could be wrong. So, I will just have to assume that whatever V8 combo that '68's came out with, that this would be the driveshaft for that application. I used mine as a "core" when I had my new one built for the 700R4, so I don't have it anymore, and I didn't measure its overall length. Anyway, I lost reverse in my R4, so I was gonna stab that Turbo350 back in there for now, if I could find another shaft. If anyone is is running a 350/350 combo (pretty sure it is a short tranny) with a one-piece drive shaft and a coil spring rearend, please shoot me some measurements. Much appreciated!
