Deaver makes great stuff, and Jeff is a great guy to do business with. Also, National Spring is under new ownership (as of a couple years ago) and I've heard that their quality is GONE!!! I would tend to agree, since I purchased a 64 GMC Sub 4x4 from a guy who had National make him a set of 4 6" lift springs for it. He had not installed them and they came with my purchasing of the Sub. Well, when I went to install them, the front springs were 2" TOO LONG!! I had to take them to Deaver to shorten them up to get them to work. Conversely, I had National make me some 12" lift springs (about 7 years ago) for an '87 Suburban I had, and they were beautifully crafted, rode fantastic, and flexed great. The fronts had 11 leaves each, as did the rears. I would say to be careful in utilizing National for your spring needs.
