Nope, no way. TBI is a poor design. Sequential FI is much more effecient. TBI is basically an electronic carb. To get the kind of milage you want you will need a very effecient head design, a great ignition system, and a good amount of overdrive. My tranny has a .50 overdrive in 6th...
