Ouch!
I definitely agree about checking over everything before you sign to receive ANYTHING shipped by truck. We had a guy at work that got hosed, the new kid in parts/shipping dept signed for his dropped and squished Snapon toolbox without noting any damage. The shipper could not be held liable, the shop had to eat it.
