There is a firm in Oklahoma City that provides complete kits of bed material already grooved, holes bored and washers countersunk. They have finished oak and maybe pine(?). I ordered oak, touched up with 300 plus grit sand paper, used 3 coats of Pettit marine varnish (best for weather) and used polished stainless strips and fastners! Absolutely looks fantastic! Think the firm is MAR-K. If interested someone else may help you with exact name and contact information.
