It is also pretty common for the hinges to wear over the years. If the bolts holding the hinges to the body and to the door itself are tight, pull up and down on the door and watch the hinge. If there is enough play in the hinge to allow the door to move more than 1/8'' then you need to replace the hinges.
If your hinges are OK, next check for rot/rust in the area immediately below your hinges. If this area is week, your doors will constantly move.
If all of the above things are OK, you may need to simply adjust the door striker itself so that it lines up w/ your door latch better.
