Rob - which version of the 6.0l is this? GM made a few ranging in HP from 300 to 345
LQ4 has iron heads & LQ9 has aluminum heads
LQ4 - 300 HP 2500 Pickup trucks
LQ4 - 316 HP Hummer H2
LQ4 - 325 HP GMC Denali trucks
LQ9 - 345 HP Cadillac Escalade series & Silverado SS as well as a limited run of Ext Cab Silverado 2wd pickups in a few states around the US.
Regarding price, I think $4,300 for a complete LQ4 maybe a bit high, depending on how far they are shipping it to you for that price. Here is a great deal in Michigan -
