what i did on mine was swap the whole front xmember, it was the easiest way. there were 6 bolts on each side of the frame, 3 were to the member and 3 were to the upper arm. then i had to pop the pitman arm off the steering box with a pickle fork, remove the brake lines, and that was about it as far as i can remember.
EDIT you have to remove the steering arm rod <-- i guess that's what it's called

from the pass side frame, it has 2 bolts. it is really an easy swap though.
