All of the above! The firewall and floor, especially the firewall, will let in a LARGE amount of heat too if left bare. Mice ate my firewall insulation and it smelled bad, so I pulled it all out.... holy heck if you couldn't feel every degree of heat comin from that motor.... I bought some of that thin flexible insulation from lowes. I think its only 1/4" thick, and it's silver on both sides, I'm going to try that this winter if I ever get around to it. A lot of folks use the spray in sound deadner stuff on the inside of the doors and the back of the cab and something like dynomat on the floors and firewall. Let us know what you do and take pics
