removing the original....cut the ends off the tabs that hold it in (if they are plastic) if they are rubber, skirt em with wd-40 and push or work them thru from the opposite side. New ones (exactly like the originals-rubber) are available from chevyduty. That way you wont damage a good "original" insulation.....
