It's odd that with both of them hooked up the exact same way, one works - and one displays odd behavior. Hmmm.

I made darn sure to ground them from the circuit to bare metal under the steering column. Stopped that gremlin before it started. lol.

As it is, I'm still scratching my head.....

I hate ground issues!
