It looks entirely saveable to me. The floor looks awsome.

I think you have to go with "When life hands you lemons, make lemonaid" on a thing like this. Finish gutting the interior (if at all possible.. save that tach dash!) .. go ahead with your tank relocation and put some time in looking at stock and custom interiors. You may just catch a big "I want mine to look like that" bug and the fire will just seem like a little overeager disasembly.

Try to make this into an opportunity instead of a crisis.

I know the loss sucks.. but it happened -- you can let it beat you or you can bend it to your own ends.
