You can use up to a 2 inch lowering block on trailing arm suspension. Anything bigger and the u-bolts start getting real close to the ground. There are quite a few vendors that have them. I think GMC Pauls carries a set. If not I will find out where my son got his. Just make sure you dont get ones for a leaf spring truck, they wont fit.
