Those are GMs HP ratings, which are net HP at the flywheel. Ratings were changed from gross to net in 1972. The highest HP 350 of the '80 - '85 era was the Corvette TPI 350 (L98), which was rated at 230 net HP. Truck 350s were all LS9 or LT9, 155 - 165 net HP.
