No, the bushing nuts on the crossshafts are not torqued yet. I tightend them just enough to hold the arm in place so it didn't flop around. After I get the rotor/hubs and the wheels on I will set it down and do the final touque.
Not sure on the brake shields. I had BellTech spindles years ago on a different truck and don't remember having to modify anything. But I will check it out and follow up with a pic tonight.
