Thats what I thought befor someone broke into my truck at 6:30 in the morning about a year ago. and the ony thing that kept them from steeling it was a strap that I bolted down to the dashbord. so I would sereously re-consider your decison. I though I lived in a simi safe area. and thought "who the heck would think to break into a fugly old red truck?" well they did and caused quite a bit of damage. so just a word from someone that had delt with that. all they really managed to steel were my speakers and the remote to my radio
