The first one I thought of was reworking the top of the inner side of the door(vent area), and the "A" pillar on the cab. I was going to striaghten the inner side more straight up & down, but with the door shut, it still has the original angle on hte door. The cab "A" pillar will also need to be more up & downwards to match the reworked door.
The other idea I came up with was use the window channels from a the rear doors of a Hon-duh import. Using these will rotate the glass towards the bed like it will spin around & go down into the doors. My nieghbors car gave this one.

That first idea sounds interesting, but would be a lot of work. Your second suggestion is basically what I'm doing with the 1998 Chevy truck regulators. I wonder if the Honda regulators are a scissors type or not? Thanks for the input
