i just did this and i used a brand of paint called PLASTI-KOTE
it turned out fairly well.
i first used primer then the gloss black and then i also used some clear cote
i think it turned out fairly well.
i also put on several cotes of each and hopefully this will avoid the peeling.
i will post a pic when i get a chance
