gabet40, I have had mine in for about 1 1/2 years and I have the same thing happening with my passenger window. It seems to be slowing down or at least not working as fast as the drivers side. I was thinking that I need to pull it apart to re-grease the channel or see if it was binding somewhere. After hearing that yours is doing it also, now I'm thinking that there must be some manufacturing flaw with the RH motor on these regulators because my passenger side gets used alot less than my drivers side. Hmmmm, now you've got me thinking.................
